I had a huge undertaking...properly dispose of 1500 boxes of client files from my elderly father's law practice in 4 seacontainers at dad's farm property. The folks at Blue Pencil SHredding made it painless and worked very fast (about 17 hours total) and the cost was reasonable compared to other companies that seemed to have alot of hidden fees - which scared me. The mobile shredder truck that went direct to the property was large and pretty cool to watch. The fact that the company is Canadian and local to me was an important consideration as well. The guys that actually did the tough shredding work were very professional. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Blue Pencil as a company have been an excellent company to deal with for several reasons. 1. - I received a phone call within 2 minutes of requesting a quote. 2 - the quote was about 1/2 the cost of their biggest competitor (that we used last time.) 3. - the 2 gentlemen (Rohan and Ty) that came to our office to collect the documents, were extremely efficient, kind, helpful, hard working and went above and beyond by helping to breakdown and recycle our old bankers boxes. We were very happy with the experience. When we contacted Blue-Pencil Shredding for the initial contact/quote, we were called back in less than 30 minutes. They called ahead when enroute to our location. They showed up within the given appointment time window. The guys from the truck were good to deal with and got our small amount of file shredding done, 30 boxes, within a half an hour. They pulled up to our bay door where we had the boxes sitting for them and they took care of the rest. Really good experience and we would use them again, and recommend them to others.

The speed , convenience and professionalism of the service was excellent is every phase of the operation. The technician was friendly, well dressed and conducted himself in a very professional manner. The only hiccup we encountered was discovering the bankers boxes were not going to be shredded and having to break them down for separate disposal. Knowing that we would have to deal with them ahead of time would have made the experience perfect.
