How pricing works

Flat fees based on the volume of paper or frequency you are shredding

One-time shredding services cost

Boxes of paper are charged a per box rate. Media and Hard Drives are charged per piece. The rates decrease as volumes increase. Minimum charges apply.

Ongoing office shredding program

Pricing is based on the number of consoles or bins placed in your office and the frequency of service. Pricing for ongoing shredding starts at $55 per service.

Drop off shredding services

Shredding can be dropped off at the Blue-Pencil office any weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Cost per box to shred is $20. Cash only.

Records management

Long-term box storage services are charged a per box rate. The rate decreases as volumes increase. Additional charges may apply to access materials in storage.

Scanning services

Scanning services are charged a per box rate. The rate decreases as volumes increase. Minimum charges apply.
