No, there’s no need to remove staples, paper clips, or folders. Our industrial shredders can handle these materials without any issues.
Yes, we accept hard drives for shredding at our Oakville location. The cost is $25 per hard drive. Please ensure electronic media is separate from paper documents.
There’s no strict limit, but drop-off shredding is best suited for smaller volumes — usually a few boxes or bags. For bigger cleanouts or ongoing needs, our mobile shredding service may be a more convenient and cost-effective option — we’ll come to you and shred everything on-site.
Security is our top priority. Documents dropped off are stored in locked containers until they are professionally shredded by our team. We are NAID AAA Certified, ensuring compliance with the highest standards in document destruction.
All shredded paper is sent to a recycling facility, where it’s processed into reusable household goods, supporting environmental sustainability.
If drop-off isn’t convenient, we offer secure on-site and pickup shredding services for homes and businesses. Our mobile shredding trucks can come to your location and shred documents on-site.
