On your scheduled service date, our Document Security Representatives arrive at your business, collect your material and destroy it right in the truck.
Once complete, our representative will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
Your shredded material is then sent to a recycling company so it can be recycled into reusable household goods.
You can bring your personal shredding or hard drives directly to the Blue-Pencil office location at 761 Redwood Square in Oakville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday – no appointment necessary.
The cost is $20 per box and $25 per hard drive (cash only).
Your documents will be collected and held in a locked security bin. Documents are then shredded at the end of each day.
Once complete, a Certificate of Destruction is issued so you can be sure your sensitive information has been destroyed.
