The young and—young at heart—bundled up in their warmest winter wear on November 15, 2014 to see the 66th annual Oakville Santa Claus parade.
A beloved community tradition, the parade marks the official beginning of the holiday season by raising money on behalf of the Wellspring Cancer Support Network, Kinsmen Food Drive for the Salvation Army Jingle Bell Fund and the Oakville Firefighters’ Toy Drive.
Blue-Pencil was proud to participate with a float in this year’s parade. One of our shredding trucks was kitted out with snowmen, and a professional snow making machine was equipped to spout freshly fallen snow onto the crowd. It was hard to tell at times who had the most fun; the spectators or our team on the float!
Blue-Pencil is proud of our commitment to our community and our support of local charities.
